Based on the traditional Māori ground oven, i.e. "Hāngi" we are pleased to offer to smaller groups our oven-baked version. You will be pleasantly surprised at the similarities in flavours, as our chefs prepare your kai in our onsite oven smokers. The pack includes, Pork, Chicken, Pumpkin, Carrot, Cabbage, Potato, Kumara and Stuffing
Our summer 2017/18 hāngi season has come to an end.
Keep an eye on this webpage and our facebook page for our next hāngi dates. When and if we get any large bookings we will then add in extra to sell, otherwise we will start these popular events again towards the year end.
Contact us direct to book or discuss the ground hāngi. These are booked for a minimum of 200 persons and can be delivered -or- book a private room and make an event of it.
