Based on the traditional Māori ground oven, i.e. "Hāngi" we are pleased to offer to smaller groups our oven-steamed version. You will be pleasantly surprised at the similarities in flavours, as our chefs prepare your kai in our onsite oven smokers. The pack includes, Pork, Chicken, Pumpkin, Carrot, Cabbage, Potato, Kumara and Stuffing.

-Pick up between 11am and 4pm daily.

Available seasonally for large bookings over 300, priced on application.

Contact us direct to book or discuss the ground hāngi. These are booked for a minimum of 300 persons and can be delivered -or- book a private room and make an event of it.
